and imagery on themes of nurturing your body and contacting your
inner wisdom. Contracted muscles close us down mentally, emotionally,
and spiritually, while relaxation opens us up. Deep relaxation
offers access to the mind's fascinating storehouse of information.
Images, words, and thoughts arise spontaneously with messages
from our inner selves. Being kind to our bodies begins with respectful
listening.

On side one, a 20-minute meditation called 'Listening to Your
Body' is presented. Listeners are guided through a body scan
and tension release, which is followed by a light hypnosis session
designed to help listeners communicate with a body part that
has a problem. Holt's tack is to query that part and ask it for
a solution.
